Life asks a great deal of us. Between responsibilities, relationships, caregiving, and life’s many transitions, we don’t always make time to pause and listen to ourselves.
Gathering and Talking Circles with Horses at Hearts to Hearts with Horses offer a welcoming, supportive space to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with what matters most.
Set in the peaceful surroundings of our new home near Graton, California, these small-group gatherings invite you to slow down, spend time with the horses, share in conversation, and explore what may be unfolding within you.
Horses have a remarkable way of bringing our attention to the present moment. Through their quiet presence, natural curiosity, and responses to the world around them, they invite us to become more aware of ourselves, our emotions, our boundaries, and the ways we connect with others.
Each circle offers an opportunity to simply be—to observe, reflect, listen, share, or enjoy the companionship of the horses without any pressure to have the right words or find immediate answers.
Together, we may explore life’s transitions, personal growth, self-care, grief, relationships, or the desire for greater clarity and connection. Every gathering will have room for the experiences and reflections that participants bring.
What to expect:
A welcoming opening circle to settle in and set an intention.
Time to observe, connect with, and learn from the horses.
Guided reflection and meaningful conversation in a supportive group.
Opportunities to explore awareness, curiosity, and connection through gentle interactions with the horses.
Time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
No previous horse experience is necessary. You are welcome to come just as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
These circles are not about fixing, changing, or becoming someone different. They are about making room for yourself—to listen, discover, and reconnect with the wisdom that can emerge when we slow down.

Our first Gathering and Talking Circle begins November 15, from 12:00–2:30 PM, at our new home near Graton, California.
Fee: $85 per person, per session

Please note the activities with the horses are on the ground only. The fee will include healthy snacks, and beverages along with the materials needed for the gathering circles.
